One of the King's Buffets latest innovations is the Clearing Station, a product that helps to maintain your buffet dining rooms in perfect order.

The Clearing Station is a compact furniture that centralises and controls the removal of used utensils and food waste and makes easier linen, cutlery and glasses collection.

The Station includes three trolleys in which you put the used utensils (china, cutlery, glasses and linen) and food waste. Later you will carry them perfectly classed to their respective service areas.

Trays can be placed on the top surface. Within the drawers and on the shelves you can put clean utensils to replace the used ones.

Thank to this station, no waste food remains within the sight of clients. Moreover, china or glasses breakages decrease thanks to the secured transportation.
