The buffets and show cooking of the Hotel AQA Jacaranda main restaurant have been installed one year ago. This is the moment to evaluate this installation specially designed to attend to almost thousand clients at the same time.
The principal conclusion: the target has been achieved. In fact, the dining room presents an excellent control of distribution and traffic of clients and waiters.
Everything is in its right place. And there are no few pieces, because the dining room counts with four show cooking, five central buffets, two islands for warm drinks and natural juices, two attended drinks bars, and several replacement and clearing stations.
All this is necessary to give service in this splendid four stars hotel, with almost 1,600 beds, located in the Adeje Coast (Tenerife), which carried out an ambitious restructuring project to keep in the first gastronomic line.
Grupo AQA chose to entrust the installation of buffets in the Hotel Jacaranda to King's Buffets, the Spanish leader in manufacture of buffets and specialist in last technology equipment.
